I am Tammy and I have worked as a therapist for almost 30 years. I specialize in first responders, veterans, trauma, addiction, domestic violence and couple and family therapy and treatments. As an Executive Director of an addiction treatment center for veterans and first responders, I helped serve a community of people that I love to help learn to see themselves in the best possible lens.

My eclectic style focuses on the individual. I truly believe that one treatment does not fit all. In my work with you, I promise to meet you where you are. The main focus of my style is empowerment, especially for people of marginalized communities and genders. During our work, it is important for me to help you discover the why: why you think the way you do and why we behave in certain ways.

I hope that my clients will take away a deeper understanding of themselves and develop a healthy and whole sense of individuality. I will always strive to create an environment where you can show up as you are, with no judgement. At its core, our sessions will always move at the speed of trust. My goal is to make sure that everyone walks away with a developed sense of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and a way of thinking and interacting with the world around you with clarity and understanding.
