My name is Sherry, and as a therapist, I focus on creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up as they are—especially during moments that feel overwhelming or uncertain. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with particular experience supporting adults, children, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

My clinical training includes the Oaklander Model, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), EMDR, and Trauma-Focused CBT. These approaches allow me to meet clients where they are, offering both structure and flexibility depending on what feels most helpful. I’ve worked extensively with survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as children who have experienced abuse. My goal is to help clients process what they’ve been through, build emotional safety, and reconnect with a sense of agency in their lives.

I also bring a culturally sensitive lens to therapy, informed by my own lived experience as an immigrant. I understand how identity, family dynamics, and generational differences can shape how we relate to the world—and to ourselves. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or new ways to cope, my intention is to support you in moving forward with more confidence and connection.
