POST Psychological Evaluator, and QME with more than 10 years of experience with evaluating and treating posttraumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and addiction, in addition to conducting pre-employment and fitness-for-duty and CCW Psychological Evaluations for multiple departments including Westminster Police Department, Tustin Police Department, Riverside Police and Sheriff’s Departments, San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department, San Manuel Casino, Veterans Affairs Police Department, Barstow Police Department, Calexico Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), and Border Patrol, specializing in high-volume assessments and culturally competent evaluations. In addition, Dr. Zumwalt worked for 18 years as a Police Officer for the Huntington Beach Police Department in various assignments as a Police Officer including: Peer Support, Special Enforcement Team, Arrest and Control Instructor, Patrol Rifle Team.
