Associate Marriange Family Therapist

My name is Holly, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a heartfelt passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (MAMFT) from Northcentral University and feel privileged to do the majority of my clinical work with first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and their families.

I have extensive experience helping these communities navigate trauma, moral injury, deployment and reintegration stress, relationship strain, addiction, ADHD, TBI, grief, anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns. I also specialize in supporting police officers, firefighters, dispatchers, and LGBTQI+ service members and their loved ones.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply respectful of the unique culture and sacrifices of first responders and veterans. I integrate evidence-based approaches—primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)—while creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can process their experiences and build practical, lasting tools for resilience and connection.

My own background fuels this calling. Raised in both military and farming communities—living on Air Force bases across the U.S. and overseas (including South Korea) before settling in California’s Central Valley—I grew up witnessing the quiet strength and hidden struggles that come with service and sacrifice. Those early experiences instilled in me a profound respect for the perseverance of first-responder and military families and a genuine joy in walking alongside them toward healing and renewed purpose.

I am honored every day to work with first responders and veterans, and I look forward to supporting you or your family on your journey toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.
