Brenda Raymundo
Associate Social Worker (Therapist)

Hello, my name is Brenda Raymundo, I’m a bilingual therapist I completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University. My heart and passion have always been in walking alongside people through life's most difficult transitions. Over the last nine years I've had the privilege of supporting individuals across every level of care from intensive residential programs to inpatient and outpatient settings. This path has given me a deep understanding of how depression anxiety and complex trauma affect people of all ages.

I decided to bring my clinical experience into a more intimate personal environment. I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults, adults and families through life’s challenges. I am also experienced and enjoy working with military/veteran and first responders and their families. Whether you are navigating trauma, grieve, postpartum challenges or the complexities of family and couple dynamics I'm here to be a steady presence in your corner.

In 2023 my husband decided to become a first responder and life has not been the same. As the spouse of a veteran, first responder I've seen the unique weight this life can carry not just for the one in uniform but for the families at home too. I understand there are parts of this journey that are hard to put into words and my goal is to provide a space where you don't have to do it alone, you won't need to spend your time explaining the culture. I'm here to listen from a place of genuine empathy. I recognize the strength it takes to show up for others every day, and I believe you deserve that same level of dedicated care for yourself. My intention is to offer a space where you can simply be, without any expectations with the hope of being able to be part of your healing journey.
